1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Frank, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Frank is an AI-powered feature prioritisation facilitator designed for product managers. It helps you capture features, gather evidence, compare options through pairwise ranking, and reflect on outcomes. Frank facilitates your reasoning — it does not make decisions on your behalf.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account.
• One person per account — accounts are not transferable.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create or import into Frank, including features, evidence, rankings, and reflections. By using Frank, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

We do not claim ownership of your data. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Frank connects to third-party services (such as Notion) to import your data. When you connect an integration:

• You authorise Frank to access data from the third-party service on your behalf.
• Frank only reads data you explicitly select — it does not modify external services.
• You can revoke access at any time from your Frank profile or from the third-party service directly.
• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. AI Features

Frank uses artificial intelligence to provide enhancements, summaries, and insights. These AI-generated outputs are provided as facilitation aids and should not be treated as definitive recommendations. You are responsible for all prioritisation decisions made using Frank.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Frank for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Frank's systems or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Frank.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Frank available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Frank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Frank, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Termination

You may stop using Frank at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Frank evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Frank after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
